Let the Pros Do It

dIf you can get your boat up on a trailer, and wheel her home for the winter, all the power to you. But for those with larger vessels, or winter work needs, professional hauling and storage is the way to go. Good news: Our 20+ Brewer Yacht Yard locations offer customers several choices for hauling and storage and service.  The yards will decommission, winterize and inspect your boat and its systems. Then, once your boat is hauled, we power wash and inspect everything below the waterline and then block her up for storage.

Storage options include: inside storage either heated or non heated and wet storage (in water) with bubbler deicing system If you own a sailboat, your mast will be unstepped, inspected, and carefully stored on racks until spring.

Once situated for the winter, the Brewer Yacht Yard staff regularly checks on your boat and makes any necessary adjustments to the stands and Brewer Installed covers during the off-season.

Work lists

d
The yards have many talented craftsman, carpenters, engine technicians, painting, both hand brush and spray, electrical, welding, customer refits, rigging, electronics and even custom boat building. Make a list of all issues on your boat and the service managers and general managers will go over all options for you as well as provide a written quote if you wish. Plan ahead on your projects because some of the yards get pretty busy in the off season. A word of advice! Don’t submit your work request late in the winter season because during launching season things get very busy in a boat yard. Plan ahead and you will be fine. Delivery service is offered for your boat with advance notice. If you would like your boat picked up for storage or brought to you in the spring let the yard know your schedule well in advance. Fees for this service vary so check with your local yard.

Brewers is a name you can trust and rely on. We know our service; we want to get to know you!
